The Kapda Story is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. Any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
