Return & Exchange

At The Kapda Story, we do not accept returns. We only provide an exchange of size. Furthermore, we also do not provide any refunds.

If you have any requests for exchanges, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, along with the video confirmation. After we provide you with confirmation for the exchange, we kindly ask that you proceed with the reverse shipping. The product must be returned to us within 7 days of our confirmation, in its original packaging and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any products returned after the 7-day period or those showing signs of damage or wear. Additionally, products returned without prior notice or confirmation from us will not be accepted.

We request you to go through our size guide thoroughly before placing your order with us. The exchanged product will be sent to you within 2 weeks at our expense.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

At The Kapda Story, we strive to fulfill orders promptly. However, we understand that circumstances may require a change in plans. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed for shipment, and cancellations will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may return the items in accordance with our return policy. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. If an order is canceled successfully, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The Kapda Story reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion due to errors in pricing, availability, or for any reason deemed necessary. Customers will be notified promptly in such instances, and a full refund will be provided.
